Worker Ynts are your common Blue Ynts. Blue Ynts (beings originally created by Homen, see the Neverhood Chronicles) are intelligent, never lazy and they know their duties in their community. If they don't have a certain task to do they just walk around, though.

Seems like some of them made their way to Idznak, but they're in their own region (Ynt Death Garden, Ynt Mines, Ynt Weeds and Ynt Eggs) of the planet and are lead by the big-papa Ynt Glenn Yntis.
