These cold-looking specimen are hyperized Loud Mouthes - they act the same, but much faster.

I wonder if they REALLY are blueish or if it's just to make them recognizable in the game (and here in the bio, too). In any case, it's a spiffy looking color!

They hang around in the levels Science Center and Sno.
